Give to an Education Enrichment Fund
Teachers and staff can apply for grants from the following funds or collect donations. These funds are held by the Foundation but managed by other nonprofit organizations, please contact the fund managers directly using the buttons below.
BRF Education Enrichment Fund
An initial gift from Al & Jeanette Lahmayer led to the establishment of the fund in 2006. Donations and earnings generated by the fund are used for the purchase of goods and/or services that will enrich the educational and extracurricular experiences of students within the district. THERE ARE ALSO SUB-FUNDS AVAILABLE SPECIFICALLY FOR THE FOLLOWING ASPECTS OF EDUCATION: Special Needs; Music; Business & Law
BRF Special Education Fund
Established as a sub-fund of the BRF Educational Enrichement Fund by an initial donation from Al & Jeanette Lahmayer to recognize M.C.Smallenberg’s efforts in establishing special education in the BRF School District long before the law required it. Donations and earnings generated are used to fund grant requests from BRF’s special education staff for the purchase of goods and/or services that will enrich the district’s special education programs.
BRF EEF Music Fund
A sub-fund of the BRF Educational Enrichment Fund, donations and earnings generated are used to fund grant requests from BRF’s music teachers for the purchase of goods and/or services that will enrich the district’s music programs.
BRF EEF Paul Millis Family and Legal Fund
Established in 2020 by a generous initial donation from Paul Millis, donations and earnings generated by this sub-fund of the BRF Educational Enrichment Fund are used for business and legal classes, groups such as FCCLA, Moot Court and Jr. Achievement in the BRF School District.
